About us

Reig has been involved in sports and physical fitness since 2004. His passion for sports, fitness, and competition started in high school as he was a three-sport athlete (football, wrestling, lacrosse), and grew during his time enlisted in the U.S. Army. Following his service in the military, Reig jumped right back in to coaching team sports and personal training. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, a USA Powerlifting Club Coach, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. If it involves exercise, Reig can help.
